Terms of Use
These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern access to Social Poster at https://poster.caseysseo.com (the “Service”), operated by Casey's SEO. By signing in or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy.
1. The Service
Social Poster is a private publishing tool. Authorized operators can connect social accounts, upload media, generate copy, and schedule or publish to YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and similar platforms. Video production itself may happen in other tools. The Service stores connections, media, calendars, and publish jobs.
We may change, suspend, or discontinue features. We do not promise that every platform API will remain available on the same terms the platform offers today.
2. Who may use it
You may use the Service only if Casey's SEO has given you a login, you are using it for businesses you are authorized to represent, and you can form a contract under Colorado law. You may not share your password. You are responsible for activity under your login.
3. Third-party platforms
When you connect Google / YouTube, Meta (Facebook or Instagram), LinkedIn, or another platform, you authorize Social Poster to act on that account within the permissions you grant — typically uploading, scheduling, and publishing content you submit.
You represent that you have the right to grant that access (for example, you admin the YouTube channel, Facebook Page, Instagram account, or LinkedIn Page). You must follow each platform’s terms, community guidelines, and advertising rules. We are not those platforms. If they suspend an API or an account, publishing through Social Poster may fail.

4. Your content
You keep ownership of videos, images, captions, and other materials you upload or type into Social Poster. You grant Casey's SEO a license to store, process, transcode if needed, and transmit that content solely to operate the Service and to publish to the destinations you choose, including sending material to AI providers when you ask us to generate copy.
You are responsible for having rights to the footage, music, likenesses, trademarks, and claims in your content. You will not upload unlawful, infringing, or deceptive material, or use the Service to spam, scrape, or harass.
5. AI-generated copy
Generated titles, descriptions, and captions are drafts. You must review them before publish. We do not warrant that generated text is accurate, unique, or compliant with platform or advertising rules.
6. Acceptable use
Do not probe, overload, or reverse engineer the Service except as allowed by law. Do not use it to violate platform terms, election or health-claim rules, or other law. Do not attempt to access another company’s data in the Service without authorization.
7. Availability and disclaimers
The Service is provided “as is.” Publishing depends on third-party APIs, networks, and your connected accounts. We do not warrant uninterrupted uptime, successful delivery of every scheduled post, or any particular ranking, view count, or lead volume.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Casey's SEO is not liable for lost profits, lost content, or indirect damages arising from the Service or from a platform rejecting or delaying a post. Our total liability for a claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us for Social Poster in the three months before the claim, or one hundred U.S. dollars if you did not purchase Social Poster as a separate product.
8. Termination
We may suspend a login or disconnect a platform if these Terms are violated or if a platform requires it. You may stop using the Service and ask us to delete stored tokens and company data as described in the Privacy Policy and User data deletion page. Queued posts may not go out after disconnect.
9. Changes
We may update these Terms. Continued use after the updated Terms are posted at https://poster.caseysseo.com/terms constitutes acceptance, except where the law requires additional notice.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, excluding conflict-of-law rules. Courts in El Paso County, Colorado have exclusive jurisdiction, except that we may seek injunctive relief elsewhere if needed to protect the Service.
